Booking Info

Please make sure to include the following in your booking request:

• Whether the tattoo is from my flash or a custom idea
• Placement
  • (eg. bicep, calf, forearm, chest, back, etc.)
• Approximate size of tattoo in inches 
  • (eg. 2x3)
• Any additional details I should know about you or your tattoo
• Reference photos for your tattoo
• Your available dates for the tattoo appointment
  • Please set aside an entire day for your tattoo! For larger tattoos, the appointment will start at 11 a.m.
• Your appointment will be booked once the deposit is finalized and confirmed
• You will receive a quote for your tattoo before your appointment is booked

Deposits are non-refundable but will be included in the final price of the tattoo.

Puppy Studio is located in the Fashion District of Los Angeles. The studio has free parking and is wheelchair accessible. Studio info will be sent after confirmation of your appointment!
